&lt;p&gt;I don't have root acces on a linux box to test but I've read the iptables manual and I think it would be something like this :&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;blockquote&gt;iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -p tcp --dport 80 -j DNAT --to 192.168.0.1:3128&lt;/blockquote&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
