Well this platform is and isn't good for you at least.
First of all BSD doesn't work on it.
Second it uses virtualisation ... If you want fucked-up drivers ...
Third ... not free ...
Forth you can put windows machines on it ... and that my friend will bring you money :P

I don't have root acces on a linux box to test but I've read the iptables manual and I think it would be something like this :

iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -p tcp --dport 80 -j DNAT --to 192.168.0.1:3128
